Arizona BJJ Hopes to INSPIRE the Next Generation
Here is the chance for the future of Brazilian jiu-jitsu female fighters to gain experience and meet with fighters their own age.
The AZSBJJF will be holding an INSPIRE Petite event which will take place May 18 in Phoenix, AZ. It will be an girl’s (5-15 years of age) only open mat hosted by Purple belt, Kristina Barlaan.

This event is specifically designed to allow young, female Jiu-Jitsu practioners to train with other girl, while also helping the growth of the female Jiu-Jitsu community in Arizona and inspiring young ladies to be Champions on the mat and in life. Girls will be able to train, bond, and grow with each other in a NON-COMPETITIVE and FRIENDLY atmosphere where they can make friends with other girls sharing their love of the sport. Female, colored belt representatives from AZSBJJF schools will be present to help with the supervision and training of the girls on the mat.

The event is free, but you can purchase a t-shirt (as seen above) for $20 on the INSPIRE website. There are only 40 spots open for the event so register early.
